North Fork Heights is a modern, two-story community with 56 apartments. It is Section 202 housing through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). This means the rent is based on your income. You must be 62 years of age and older and meet the income eligibility requirements to qualify for residency.

For residents who have been struggling to maintain their own homes or come from rentals outside of a senior living community, moving to North Fork Heights brings new peace of mind. They enjoy the quiet community and group activities. Residents feel safe and secure with the 24-hour security system and emergency alert systems in each apartment to call for help if needed.
