The leadership team at WRC Senior Services is made up of a diverse, talented group of individuals, who use their skills, passion, and enthusiasm to guide WRC in its strategic direction to be the best place to live for our residents, the best place to work for our caring staff and financially sound. Barbara has a master’s degree in public management from Carnegie Mellon University. She has over 30 years of experience in health care and is a licensed nursing home administrator and certified personal care home administrator and assisted living administrator.
Vice President / Chief Clinical & Quality Officer
Marge is a registered nurse with a master’s degree in nursing from Walden University. She has over 25 years of experience in long term care and has worked at WRC since 2006.
Vice President / Chief Administrative Officer
Doug earned his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Clarion University. He is also a Nursing Home Administrator and Personal Care Home Administrator. He has over 25 years of experience in the Long-term Care Industry.
Director of Administrative Services
Kristin joined WRC Senior Services in 2012 and has an Associate Degree in Specialized Business as an Executive Assistant from the DuBois Business College. Kristin is also a certified notary.
Housing Manager of North Fork Heights and The Villages at Laurelbrooke and at Ridgmont
Becky joined WRC Senior Services in 1992 as an administrative assistant. She worked in various positions at the business office before becoming a Housing Manager.
Director/Sales Counselor of The Laurels and the Villas at Water Run
Christine served as Multi-Media Advertising Executive before coming to the Laurels. A native of Clarion County, Christine earned an Associate of Arts Degree from the Art Institute/Fashion Institute of Pittsburgh.
Roxanne Manson, RN
Administrator, Home Health & Hospice
Roxanne has been a registered nurse for the past 10+ years, after a well- established career in manufacturing. Manson served in leadership positions including, Director of Professional Services.
Travis Millinder, NHA
Administrator, McKinley Health Center
Travis brings 30 years of experience in the healthcare field. In addition to his NHA, he holds a Master’s degree in business with emphasis in Healthcare Administration from Wayland Baptist Unversity in Texas.
Ashley Buzard, LPN PCHA
Administrator, Edgewood Heights Personal Care
Ashley has worked in various roles at WRC in her 10 years here, including LPN Resident Care Coordinator, LPN Charge Nurse, and Administrator of Laurelbrooke Personal Care before taking her current role as Administrator in 2018.
Michelle McLaughlin, MHA, PCHA
Administrator, Highland Oaks
Michelle earned her master’s degree of Health Care Administration in 2019. In addition to holding a license as a Personal Care Home Administrator, she is also an Assisted Living Residence Administrator.

Cindy is a retired nursing home administrator and registered nurse. She has served on the board since 2000.
Immediate Past Chair & Treasurer
Jay is the Senior Vice President and the Chief Credit Officer for Community First Bank. He has been serving WRC since 2007.
Bruce is currently an optometrist in Brookville. He has been serving on the board since 2010.
Judith is retired and resides in Sigel. She has served on the board since 2012.
