Want to learn to prepare simple and healthy meals? Join us as we continue our “Healthy Meal Preparation” educational series, sponsored by The Laurels.
Our Registered Dietitian Elizabeth Clinger will take attendees on a virtual grocery store tour – talking about each part of the store and what to get, what to stay away from and things to look for. She will then talk about healthy meal planning and give a cooking demonstration. Attendees will then get to enjoy a delicious, healthy lunch!
