Part of our free quarterly educational series on “Healthy Meal Preparation,” hosted by The Laurels. Join us for a brief educational program and demonstration, followed by lunch!
Our chef will be talking about “Nutrition and Healthy Aging.” And with autumn here, you’ll learn some ways to incorporate fall produce in a healthy diet.
Then you will enjoy lunch:
Mixed green salad with bleu cheese crumbles, pecans and dried cranberries
Spaghetti squash with marinara sauce and parmesan cheese
Roasted Brussel sprouts
Baked apples with brown sugar and cinnamon
