Multiphasic blood testing (CMP – Complete Metabolic Panel, CBC – Complete Blood Count and cholesterol levels) for $40 will also be offered. Add on thyroid function testing for $10 or Hemoglobin A1C for $15. Appointments should be made for these tests at 814-849-1205 or by emailing [email protected]. This is a 12 hour fasting test. Results will be sent to you and your doctor.
