You can elect how much you want to contribute and WRC Senior Services will also match a percentage toward your contribution (employer match will begin after 6 months of employment).
Anyone who is automatically enrolled, and has not made an alternate change in their savings level, will have their savings level automatically escalated 1%, until a cap of 10% of savings is reached.

Although an employee is always 100% vested in their own contributions, WRC matching contributions vest over time in 20% annual increments, beginning when the employee completes two years of service and becoming 100% vested once the employee completes six years of service.
