Genuine Broaster Chicken® has been a trusted iconic brand for more than 60 years. It is prepared with the freshest available chicken, Broaster’s proprietary marinade and coating, and cooked in a Broaster® pressure fryer.
The trademarked process provides a moist, tender and juicy product; crispy and golden on the outside with flavor ‘down to the bone.’ Broaster® products also contain less fat than standard deep frying.
The Bistro at Water Run is a licensed trademark operator of Genuine Broaster Chicken®, joining more than 5,000 restaurants, bars and carryout locations in the US that feature the chicken on their menu.
The Bistro is located inside the new Highland Oaks at Water Run personal care community and also features other homemade foods and pastries by Chef Dennis Snyder.
It will soon be opening to the public for dine in and take out and in addition to Genuine Broaster Chicken® will feature a menu of wraps, sandwiches, salads and specials.
