Julie Swonger
Director of Home and Community-Based Services

Julie is the Director of Home and Community-Based Services at WRC Senior Services, which includes overseeing In Home Solutions, In Home Solutions PLUS, North Fork Heights and The Village at Laurelbrooke Landing.  She has held many positions over the past 25 years at WRC, including Recreational Director and Housing Manager. 

In 2006, Julie became certified as a Community Health Ambassador through the Center for Healthy Aging at the University of Pittsburgh.  As an ambassador, Julie works to promote healthy aging to her residents/clients, staff and the community.
