Cathy is the Administrator of Laurelbrooke Personal Care personal care community in Brookville. She became a certified personal care home administrator in 2004. She is also the Director of WRC Senior Services older adult daily living center DayBreak at Laurelbrooke Landing. Prior to working in long term care, Cathy taught dance in the Brookville area for over 20 years.

Cathy has specialized training in caring for individuals with Alzheimer's Disease and dementia, which she uses to enhance the care for residents with these diseases. She is also a trained Alzheimer's support group facilitator.
