Michelle brings over 20 years of experience as a Human Resources generalist and specialist in manufacturing, social service and government organizations. Michelle is a graduate of Penn State University and continues to pursue advanced studies in Organizational Leadership.

She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and maintains active membership in the Society for Human Resources Management, North Central Human Resource Management Association, Jefferson County/DuBois Training Consortium and Healthcare Consortium. Michelle is also an active participant in the AAHSA HR Steering Committee.
