Highland Oaks and In Home Solutions will be offering an AARP Drive Smart Course from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. September 29 and 30 for drivers over the age of 50.
The two-day course will cover:
– New traffic laws and rules of the road
– Defensive driving techniques
– How to compensate for age-related changes in vision, hearing and reaction time
And the best part – you will earn a discount on your auto insurance for completing the course! Talk to your insurance agent to find out how much.
Cost: $15 for AARP Members
$20 for non-AARP members
The fee should be made payable to AARP and covers the cost of teaching materials.
