| WRC Senior Services provides paid time away from work to regular full-time and regular part-time employees. An employee may use this time for any purpose they wish, including vacations, unpaid holidays, illness or time away from work for personal or family matters. |

The following insurances or programs are available after an employee has completed three months of employment:
- Health Insurance
- Vision
- Dental
- Accident
- Long-Term Care
- Personal Disability

| A life insurance policy is provided and fully paid for by WRC for employees who have completed three months of employment. The amount of coverage is the employee’s annual wages or salary rounded up to the nearest $1,000. |

| The following days are recognized as holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. For eligible full-time employees, the holiday can be taken as payment or a scheduled day off. Eligible part-time employees will receive 1.5 times regular pay when working on a recognized holiday. |

| All full time employees after completing six months of employment have short-term disability plan coverage at no expense to them. |

| An employee assistance program is a counseling service for employees and their eligible dependents that may be experiencing personal or work place problems. WRC offers two EAP Plans for employees at no cost. |

| WRC Senior Services has a 403(b) defined contribution retirement plan. You can elect how much you want to contribute and WRC will match a percentage toward your contribution. |

| Flexible Spending Accounts allow you to set aside part of your salary before taxes to pay for health and dependent care expenses. |
