The Village at Laurelbrooke Landing
A WRC Residential Living Community

The Village is a flourishing residential neighborhood in the Laurelbrooke Landing community in Brookville.  The Village provides high-quality and affordable rental town homes for adults over the age of 62.  There are income eligibility requirements for residency.

Residents of The Village will benefit from the convenient location of their town home, just across from Brookville Hospital and 1 mile from the shopping and services of downtown Brookville.  At The Village at Laurelbrooke Landing, healthy aging is promoted through informational programs, home care services like skilled nursing, housekeeping and meal preparation, and nursing supervision. 

As part of the Laurelbrooke Landing community, residents have access to all the amenities of the Laurelbrooke Landing campus, including access to McKinley Health Center, the skilled nursing and rehabilitative care neighborhood, Laurelbrooke Personal Care, memory support services and In Home Solutions PLUS, our home health care service.

Applications for residency are now being accepted to get on the waiting list for The Village. If you would like to move into The Village in the future, it is a good idea to get on the waiting list now. Then you will have first option when vacancies become available.

There are a total of 33 townhomes in The Village neighborhood for low income seniors and two for moderate income seniors. Click here to download an application.
