North Fork Heights
A WRC Residential Living Community

Established in 1995, North Fork Heights provides rent-subsidized, residential living for adults over the age of 62.  There are income eligibility requirements for residency because North Fork Heights is Section 202 housing through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

The modern 56-unit apartment community offers a comfortable home with many areas for residents to socialize and engage in leisure activities.  Enjoy the peace of mind that comes with living at North Fork Heights.  Feel safe and secure with our 24-hour security and pull cord alert systems in each apartment.  Don’t worry about upkeep, as we handle all lawn care, snow removal and handyman services.
