Board of Directors
As a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, WRC Senior Services is governed by boards of directors. These four boards work together to provide WRC with innovative leadership to uphold the charitable mission of “Providing Choices for Generations:”
The board leaders are a talented group of volunteers, who give selflessly of their time, skills and resources to provide professional guidance to WRC. Take a moment to get to know these individuals.

Chair, WRC Senior Services Board
This board oversees the whole WRC organization
Ridgway resident Bea Terbovich is the corporate secretary for Horizon Wood Products. She holds a masters degree in Organizational Leadership. |

Harry Tripp
Chair Elect, WRC Senior Services Board
This board oversees the whole WRC organization
Knox resident Harry Tripp is the Vice-Present for Student and University Affairs at Clarion University of Pennsylvania and the Executive Director of the Clarion University Foundation. |

Vicki Smith
President, Pennsylvania Memorial Home Board
This board oversees the Laurelbrooke Landing continuing care retirement community
Brookville resident Vicki Smith is a retired school psychologist. |

Anna Morres
President, Health Care Support Services Board
This board oversees In Home Solutions PLUS home health care agency and The Village at Laurelbrooke Landing
Brookville resident Anna Morres is a registered nurse, retired from the military. She also serves as Secretary of the WRC Senior Services Parent Board and a member of the North Fork Heights Board. |

Brookville resident Art Manfroni is the Maintenance Manager at Rexam. He also serves on the WRC Senior Services Board of Directors. |
