Board of Directors

Each WRC community is governed by a board of directors.  These boards work together to provide WRC with innovative leadership to uphold the charitable mission of “Providing Choices for Generations.”

The board leaders are a talented group of volunteers, who give selflessly of their time, skills and resources to provide professional guidance to WRC.  Take a moment to get to know these individuals. 

Dr. John Grottenthaler

Chair, WRC Senior Services

Brookville resident Dr. John Grottenthaler is a retired Superintendent of the Brookville Area School District.  He also serves as Vice President of the WRC Personal Care Services Board of Directors.

Bea Terbovich

President, Elk-Forest Senior Health and Housing Services

Ridgway resident Bea Terbovich is the corporate secretary for Horizon Wood Products.  She holds a masters degree in Organizational Leadership.

Vici Smith

Brookville resident Vicki Smith is a retired school psychologist.

New Bethlehem resident Lana Smith is a certified registered nurse practitioner for Dr. Snyder.  She is also a member of the WRC Senior Services Parent Board of Directors.

Ann Morres

Anna Morres is a registered nurse, who is retired from the military.  She also serves as Secretary of the WRC Senior Services Parent Board, Vice President of the Supportive Housing Board and a member of the North Fork Heights Board.

Ann Sarvey

Brookville resident Ann Sarvey is co-owner of Sarvey Insurance. She is also a member of the WRC Senior Services Parent Board of Directors.

Jackie Crawford

President, North Fork Heights

Jackie Crawford is a retired registered nurse and massage therapist.  She also serves as Vice Presidents of the Health Care Support Services Board and a member of the Supportive Housing Board.
