Barbara has a master’s degree in public management from Carnegie Mellon University. She has over 30 years of experience in health care and is a licensed nursing home administrator and certified personal care home administrator and assisted living administrator.
Gene is a certified public accountant with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Robert Morris University. He has over 15 years of experience working in healthcare and has his own accounting firm in Punxsutawney.
Senior Director of Post Acute Services
Marge is a registered nurse with a master’s degree in nursing from Walden University. She has over 25 years of experience in long term care and has worked at WRC since 2006.
Corporate Compliance Officer
Jo is a registered nurse, who joined WRC Senior Services in 2014. She has a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Clarion University and has over 30 years of experience in health care.
Director of Administrative Services
Doug earned his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Clarion University. He is also a Nursing Home Administrator and Personal Care Home Administrator. He has been employed in the Long-term Care Industry for 25 years. He possesses a vast array of knowledge in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Personal Care, Home Health, Home Care, Hospice, Ambulatory Surgery, and Independent Living.
Director of Creative Services
Rikki joined WRC Senior Services in January 2017. She has over 16 years of experience working in marketing, receiving her Bachelor of Science in marketing from Penn State University.
Director of Donor Relations
Prior to joining WRC Senior Services, Jamie was the Executive Director of the Clarion County Economic Development Corporation for five years. She has over 30 years experience in the banking industry, working extensively with financial planning and trusts.
Director of Charitable Event Planning
Morgan started in 2012 as an Administrative Assistance for the Mission Advancement department. She is committed to the charitable mission and worked hard to grow our charitable events and now serves as the director. Prior to joining WRC, Morgan worked for Priority First Federal Credit Union and ran her own cleaning business.
Alison Mills Monrean
Director of Laurelbrooke Landing
Alison is a licensed personal care home administrator and nursing home administrator. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Clarion University and has worked in long term care since 1999. She oversees McKinley Health Center and Laurelbrooke Personal Care.
Director of Home & Community Based Services
Julie has worked at WRC for over 30 years. She oversees three WRC service lines – In Home Solutions, residential living and personal care. She is a certified Integrated Chronic Care Specialist and certified personal care home administrator.
Housing Manager of North Fork Heights and The Village
Becky joined WRC Senior Services in 1992 as an administrative assistant. She worked in various positions at the business office before becoming the Housing Manager for two of WRC’s residential neighborhoods.
Administrator of Highland Oaks
Faith has a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from Robert Morris University. She became a certified personal care home administrator in 2014. Faith previously worked for 15 years as the Patient Account Manager at Laurel Eye Clinic.
Administrator of Ridgmont
Kristie is a certified personal care home administrator and LPN. She has a strong background in long-term care and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
Administrator of Laurelbrooke Personal Care
Ashley is a licensed practical nurse and a certified person care home administrator. Ashley worked in various roles at WRC, including LPN Resident Care Coordinator and LPN Charge Nurse, before being promoted to the role of Administrator in 2016.
Administrator of Edgewood Heights
Amy has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Allied Health Leadership from Clarion University and is an LPN. Amy previously worked as an LPN for the Redbank Valley School District and for Bayada.
Administrator of In Home Solutions
Steven joined WRC in 2017 and his primary responsibilities include overseeing the day to day operations of Home Care, Home Health, and Hospice services. Steven attended Clarion University, Butler County Community College, and St Margaret Hospital School of Nursing/UPMC. He possesses a Pennsylvania Professional Nursing License.
Director/Sales Counselor of The Laurels and the Villas at Water Run
Christine served as Multi-Media Advertising Executive before coming to the Laurels and has over 30 years of retail management and outside sales experience. A native of Clarion County, Christine earned an Associate of Arts Degree from the Art Institute/Fashion Institute of Pittsburgh.
