Barbara SepichBarbara Sepich
President-CEO
Barbara has a master’s degree in public management from Carnegie Mellon University. She has over 30 years of experience in health care and is a licensed nursing home administrator and certified personal care home administrator and assisted living administrator.

Gene Miller, CFOGene Miller
CFO
Gene is a certified public accountant with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Robert Morris University. He has over 15 years of experience working in healthcare and has his own accounting firm in Punxsutawney.

Stephanie CableStephanie Cable
Director of Organizational Development & Human Resources
Prior to joining WRC Senior Services, Stephanie worked in human resources in the manufacturing industry. She has master’s degrees in communication from Edinboro University and in employment and labor relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Marge ClarkMarge Clark
Senior Director of Post Acute Services

Marge is a registered nurse with a master’s degree in nursing from Walden University. She has over 25 years of experience in long term care and has worked WRC since 2006.

Jamie LefeverJamie Lefever
Director of Donor Relations
Prior to joining WRC Senior Services, Jamie was the Executive Director of the Clarion County Economic Development Corporation for five years. She has over 30 years experience in the banking industry, working extensively with financial planning and trusts.

Jo RickardJo Rickard
Corporate Compliance Officer
Jo is a registered nurse, who joined WRC Senior Services in 2014. She has a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Clarion University and has over 30 years of experience in health care.

Alison Mills MonreanAlison Mills Monrean
Director of Laurelbrooke Landing
Alison is a licensed personal care home administrator and nursing home administrator. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Clarion University and has worked in long term care since 1999. She oversees McKinley Health Center and Laurelbrooke Personal Care.

Julie Swonger Julie Swonger
Director of Home & Community Based Services
Julie has worked at WRC for over 30 years. She oversees three WRC service lines – In Home Solutions, residential living and personal care. She is a certified Integrated Chronic Care Specialist and certified personal care home administrator.


christianChristian Camuso

Administrator of In Home Solutions
Christian has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Penn State University and a master’s degree in health administration from Seton Hall University. He is also a certified personal care home administrator.


Becky ParkBecky Park

Housing Manager of North Fork Heights and The Village
Becky joined WRC Senior Services in 1992 as an administrative assistant. She worked in various positions at the business office before becoming the Housing Manager for two of WRC’s residential neighborhoods.

Mike Fernan Mike Fernan, Administrator of Ridgmont Administrator of Ridgmont
Mike is a certified personal care home administrator and licensed nursing home administrator with a master’s degree in social work from the University of Pittsburgh. He recently re-joined the WRC family in 2015, previously working here in 2011 as the Administrator of Laurelbrooke Personal Care.

Faith O’Brien
Administrator of Highland Oaks
Faith has a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from Robert Morris University. She became a certified personal care home administrator in 2014. Faith previously worked for 15 years as the Patient Account Manager at Laurel Eye Clinic.

Cortney OrtzCortney Ortz
Director of The Villas at Water Run
Prior to making the transition to aging services in 2012, Cortney worked in sales in the hospitality industry. She served as the Director of The Laurels from 2012-2016. Cortney has a bachelor’s degree in communication from Clarion University.

Christine Nichols
Director of The Laurels

Christine served as Multi-Media Advertising Executive before coming to the Laurels and has over 30 years of retail management and outside sales experience. A native of Clarion County, Christine earned an Associate of Arts Degree from the Art Institute/Fashion Institute of                                       Pittsburgh.
